Rock Band 101

Have you always wanted to be in a band but didn't know where to start? ROCK BAND 101 is an engaging, hands on musical experience where musicians and vocalists of similar ages and styles get the chance to rock out in front of a live audience as part of a real band and record a three song demo in a pro studio! The program is designed to get you out of the garage and into a band with other players your age, where YOU get to help choose the songs you play!

 

Each band will learn three songs over the course of six 90 minute classes, then record them at Command Recording Studios in Valencia before performing them at our Final concert extravaganza! Each band member may bring ONE song suggestion on CD or mp3 player to the first class: songs will be chosen from student suggestions and from a list provided by Rockstar Academy. Open to ages 9 and up; Minimum of one year of experience on instrument recommended.
